This Privacy Policy explains how SkopGO Ventures LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit www.skopgo.com or www.skopgo.com/mia, contact us, create an account, request a demo, purchase or use our services, or otherwise interact with us.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information SkopGO controls for its own business purposes, such as website administration, account management, sales, billing, support, security, and operations.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect contact information such as name, company name, title, email address, phone number, billing address, and mailing address; account information such as login credentials, account identifiers, support history, and subscription details; transaction and billing information; website and device information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, and cookie data; communications and support information; service data and Client Content processed on behalf of Clients; and any other information you choose to provide to us.
We collect personal information directly from you or your organization; automatically through websites, dashboards, cookies, logs, and similar technologies; from Clients and authorized users using the Services; from integrated third-party systems or service providers.
For end-user communications initiated through a Client's use of the Services, the relevant personal information is generally provided to SkopGO by the Client or generated through the end user's interaction with the Client-enabled assistant or workflow. In those situations, the Client, not SkopGO, determines the purpose of the data collection and the triggering event.
We may use personal information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Services; provision accounts, authenticate users, process orders, and administer subscriptions; process payments, invoices, statements, and related financial operations; respond to inquiries, provide support, and communicate with users and prospective customers; host, route, transcribe, summarize, log, and otherwise process calls and related workflows at a Client's direction; monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, detect fraud, enforce our agreements, and protect rights and safety; comply with legal obligations and lawful requests; and conduct internal analytics, product improvement, service planning, and business operations.
When a Client submits phone numbers, names, language preferences, scheduling details, or other end-user information into the Services, SkopGO processes that information on the Client's behalf. SkopGO does not independently verify whether a phone number belongs to a particular person, whether a user consented, or whether the Client's disclosure language is legally sufficient.
The Client is responsible for the lawfulness of the data it provides; providing required notices and obtaining required permissions or consents; maintaining suppression, opt-out, or do-not-call records; determining retention periods and deletion instructions where applicable; and responding to requests from its own callers, leads, customers, employees, or other data subjects when SkopGO processes personal information on the Client's behalf.
If you submit your information through a Client's website, form, scheduling flow, or callback request, that Client may use SkopGO as a service provider or processor to respond to, route, confirm, schedule, call, text, log, or otherwise fulfill that request on the Client's behalf.
We may disclose personal information to service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Services; the relevant Client or its authorized users when the information relates to that Client's use of the Services; professional advisors, auditors, insurers, and financing sources under appropriate confidentiality protections; law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of the Services; and a successor or participant in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where required.
We do not sell our customer database. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share Client data between clients except as necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, or as directed or authorized by the applicable Client.
Depending on configuration, the Services may store or generate call logs, webhook events, API records, timestamps, transcripts, summaries, recording metadata, scheduling outcomes, confirmation records, and related service logs. We use that information to operate the Services, report outcomes, troubleshoot issues, detect abuse, maintain security, support billing, and comply with law.
When SkopGO processes this information on behalf of a Client, SkopGO does so subject to the Client's instructions, applicable law, contractual restrictions, and operational retention practices.
We may use cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain sessions, understand website usage, improve our websites, support security, and measure the effectiveness of communications and website performance.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with contracts and law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and keep appropriate business and financial records.
We maintain a risk-based information security program designed to protect personal information and service data using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our websites for our own purposes.
Depending on applicable law and the context in which we process your information, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the personal information we control, subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.
To submit a privacy request relating to information SkopGO controls for its own business purposes, contact info@skopgo.com. If your request concerns information processed by SkopGO on behalf of a Client, you should direct the request to the relevant Client first.
